The Procurement Unit of Lagos State House of Assembly is an integral part of the Ministry headed by a Deputy Director plays a vital role in implementing the Assembly’s projects.
As Procurement officer, we serve in the following functions
- Act as Secretaries in Ministerial Tenders Board meetings.
- Preparation of annual procurement plan for the Assembly
- Act as intermediary between the Assembly and contractors/suppliers.
- We issue bidding documents, request for quotation/proposals from intending contractors/Suppliers .
- Contract Management.
The sole aim of this unit is to achieve transparency, accountability and value for money.
